Martingale Collar
The Martingale collar is a dog collar made up of two parts, a fixed part and a sliding part. The fixed part contains two rings, where the movable part is placed to attach the leash to the collar.
The Martingale collar is the favourite collar for greyhounds . Ideal for dog breeds with a head as narrow as their neck, such as greyhounds and podencos, although this type of collar has become established as a valid solution for all types of breeds, especially large breeds.
A real escape-proof collar . It is almost impossible to escape from a properly fitted Martingale collar . Because it fits your dog's neck, if he tries to escape, he will not be able to get his head out. If the dog pulls on the leash, the moving part of the Martingale collar slides, causing a slight pressure on the dog's neck that will attract his attention, without causing any harm by distributing the pressure over the animal's neck. Thanks to this, they are recommended by trainers as a replacement for traditional training collars.

I don't know what size to choose
We know that sometimes it is difficult to understand size charts, that is why you will find a SIZE RECOMMENDER on all products.
You can find it just above the sizes to choose from, where it says: "What is my Size?"
Just enter the requested measurements and the Recommender will tell you which size is best for your pet. Super easy!

How long does it take to process an order?
Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).

What is the return policy?
At candyPet® we want our Customers to always be satisfied with our service. Therefore, we provide several methods to return a product that may not meet your needs.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of its return.

It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sent. Otherwise (in the event that we receive the product dirty, damaged, or used) no refund will be made for the product, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be borne by the customer and the period for claims will be fifteen business days from notification by candyPet®.
Who is behind candyPet?
I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).
We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.
I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.
My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
For your peace of mind, not only are you going to buy a beautiful product for your pet, but you are going to buy a product that has been carefully designed respecting the physiognomy of pets, and keeping safety in mind at all times. So that you only have to worry about going to the park in peace.
