Shipping policy
Shipments will leave our facilities within 24/48 business hours from when the order is placed.
Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.
The customer can choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during Black Friday, Sales, Christmas, or national holidays, or due to external issues (delays with the shipping company).
If you have any issues with your order, you can contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Shipping costs will be automatically assigned at checkout.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If the shipping company returns the order due to inability to deliver, a fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund to cover the return cost.

- Shipping to BALEARIC ISLANDS (€9.95, FREE from €75)
