Shipping policy

Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 working hours after the order is placed.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, starting from the departure from our warehouse.

The customer may choose from several shipping options depending on the destination.

Orders may experience delays during Black Friday, Sales, Christmas, National Holidays, or due to external issues (delays by the transport company).

If you encounter any issues with your order, you can contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs will be automatically assigned when completing the purchase.

Two delivery attempts will be made. If the delivery fails and the transport company returns the order to us, a €5 fee for the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
