Shipping

Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 working hours after the order is placed.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the departure from our warehouse.

The customer can choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.

Orders may be delayed during Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or national holidays, or due to external problems (delays in the transport company).

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Shipping costs will be automatically assigned at checkout.

Two delivery attempts will be made. If, due to impossibility of delivery, the transport agency returns the order to us, when processing the refund, €5 will be deducted for the cost of the return.
