Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to mainland Spain ( free for orders over €49, otherwise from €3.95). These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. You can find all the detailed information, including shipping outside mainland Spain, in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy sections.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place an order, it may take us 1 to 2 business days to process it and hand it over to our carriers.
Once delivered, shipments usually take between 3-5 days.
Please note that during peak periods such as the sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, or due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical issues with the shipping company, delivery delays beyond candyPet's control may occur. We will always strive to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. You can track your shipment using the tracking code you will receive in your email once the package has been dispatched, or on the order tracking page .
If you haven't received your package after allowing enough time for delivery, or if you have a problem with your shipment, please email us at info@candypet.es or contact us directly via WhatsApp.
What is the correct size for my dog? What happens if I get the wrong size?
Detailed size charts are available in the description of each product and in theSize Guide section.
We'll also show you the best way to measure your dog so you can choose the right one. If you still have questions, send us an email to info@candypet.es or a message on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help!
And if when you receive the product you find that it's not your size and you need a larger or smaller one, don't worry, we offer FREE returns on orders of €49 or more (option only valid for mainland Spain), so you can simply place a new order whenever you prefer.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. If we receive them with clear signs of use, dirt, or hair, the return will NOT be accepted.
