TERMS OF USE
These Conditions describe the terms applicable to the services and content offered through the website https://www.candyPet.es and regulate the legal relationship between CANDYPET SL and the customer.
Access to the website is free of charge, and use of the Website implies full acceptance of all Terms of Use without reservation. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must refrain from using this page.
The user's visit to the eCommerce site must be carried out responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, good faith, these Conditions, and respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by CANDYPET SL or any other natural or legal persons.
The use of any content on the Website for purposes that are or may be unlawful is strictly prohibited, as is carrying out any action that causes or may cause damage or unauthorized alterations of any kind to the eCommerce site or its content by CANDYPET SL.
The Website and the products and services offered by CANDYPET SL are intended for adults with sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms of Use. The use of certain services or the contracting of certain goods or services may be subject to additional special conditions requiring express consent and which shall prevail over these general conditions in all cases.
USER REGISTRATION
The use of the services provided by CANDYPET SL and purchases on the Website require registration as a user on the Website. Likewise, you should note that you may modify your personal data at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and objection in accordance with LO 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR).
ORDERS
To make a purchase at https://www.candyPet.es the User must follow the following process:
- Select the products they wish to purchase from those offered by candyPet® on its website.
- Select the product they wish to buy and click the “Add to cart” button. As many products as desired may be added to the shopping cart.
- Once product selection is complete, access the cart where a summary identifying the selected item(s) will appear.
- During the purchase process, you may identify yourself with your User account details or complete the registration form if you are not yet a registered User.
- To finalize the purchase, you must select the shipping method you prefer from those offered by candyPet®. In these cases, the buyer expressly declares to be the holder of the payment methods used (not allowing the use of third-party payment methods, even with authorization).
- Finally, you must choose the payment system for your order from those offered by candyPet® on its website.
- Once the order process is completed, candyPet® will send you an email detailing your order information. If you do not receive this email within twenty-four (24) hours, you should contact us.

- From this moment, the preparation and delivery process for products sold by candyPet® begins, which lasts one business day. candyPet® will deliver the product to the address indicated during the purchase process. The refund process will be carried out according to the procedure detailed in these General Conditions.
- As a registered User, you may access your Account to view, print, or download invoices corresponding to the products sold by candyPet®.
- The User may only contract if they are of legal age and/or have legal capacity to be bound. Otherwise, responsibility for orders placed by minors shall fall on the parents or legal guardians of the minor.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a message confirming receipt, as well as information about shipping and billing for the order placed.
After 5 days from receipt of the order, you will receive an email to review your purchase. We invite you to leave your comments, as they help us improve and help customers make their purchasing decision.
PAYMENT METHODS
The purchase of services or products through https://www.candyPet.es allows the following payment methods:
- Credit / debit card
Through this payment method, candyPet® never collects or handles any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by Banco Santander, so that candyPet® can always offer maximum transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. Payment for the order is made directly with said entity, thus offering maximum security.
The cards currently accepted by the payment gateway are all those bearing the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express logos, in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000, and Servired networks.
The system also supports the CES protocol (Secure Electronic Commerce). Therefore, your purchase is safer than using your card in a conventional store.

PRICES
Product prices are those indicated in the description attached to them. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Shipments will leave our facilities within 24/48 business hours from the moment the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from departure from our warehouse.
The customer may choose between various shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during Black Friday, Sales, Christmas, national holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control (delays by the transport company).
If you have any issue with your order, you may contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Shipping costs will be automatically assigned during checkout.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If due to impossibility of delivery the transport agency returns the order to us, €5 will be deducted from the refund for return costs.

📅 Deadlines and territories

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:
- 30 calendar days from receiving the order.
- Return: 3,95€
- Size exchange: The first size exchange on orders from mainland Spain is FREE.

European Union (except United Kingdom):
- 30 calendar days from receiving the order.
- Return: Shipping costs paid by the customer; 10 € will be deducted from the refund.
- Size exchange: You may simply place a new order whenever you prefer.
- Outside the European Union: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
📦 Product condition
To accept any return or exchange, the product must meet all of these conditions:
- Be in its original packaging, with tags attached to the product.
- Show no signs of having been used, dirty, or covered in hair.
⚠️ Attention: If we receive products that do not meet these conditions, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
🔄 Returns
- Cost: 3,95 € (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands).
- Refund: only the product amount (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Deadline: maximum 14 calendar days from when the product arrives at our facilities.

- Send an email to info@candypet.es with subject “RETURN”, indicating your name, surname, and order number.
- Receive the return label by email.
- Prepare the package in its original packaging and deliver it to the post office.
- Once receipt and product condition are confirmed, we will process the refund.
👕 Size exchanges (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands)
- First exchange: free in Mainland Spain.
- Exception: products purchased during Black Friday, Outlet, Sales or major discounts (equal to or greater than 20% off) in these cases the size exchange will cost 8,00€.
- Price difference between sizes: must be paid via payment link provided by our customer service team.

- Prepare the product in its original packaging and send it with the label we provide.
- Once received and the good condition of the original product is confirmed, we will send the new size.
🎨 Other exchanges (color, model, etc.)

Any exchange that is not a size exchange, for example: color, print, or model, will cost 8,00€.

❓ Frequently asked questions
- What is the cost of a size exchange?
The first size exchange is FREE in Mainland Spain. Except during Black Friday, Sales, Outlet or major discounts, in that case it would be 8 €.
If there is a price difference between sizes, said difference must be paid, for which a payment link will be provided.
- How is the refund paid?
The refund is issued to the same payment method used in the purchase, deducting 3,95 € for the return cost.
- What is the refund period?
Once the product arrives at our facilities, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
If we receive the product with clear signs of having been used, dirty, or covered in hair, the return or size exchange will not be accepted.

CONSUMER GOODS WARRANTY
As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”).
Consequently, the User has the right of withdrawal, which consists of being able to cancel the contract entered into without the need to justify their decision within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the purchased good or from conclusion of the contract if it concerns the provision of services.
You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period and proceed with the return of the product, being reimbursed the price paid.
In the event of issues with products or services purchased on this Website, you may submit a complaint through the European Union dispute resolution platform here. CANDYPET SL reserves the right to refuse to accept the complaint submitted through the platform.
NULLITY AND INVALIDITY OF CLAUSES
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect said provision, with the remaining General Conditions remaining in force in all other respects, and said provision being deemed not included.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. CANDYPET SL and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services subject to these General Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s place of residence.
