Each dog's size varies within the same breed, so it's important to measure your dog to get the right size. If you have any questions once you've taken your measurements, please contact us at info@candypet.es and we'll be happy to help you find the product and size that best suits your dog.
Follow these guidelines to ensure the most accurate measurements possible and determine the correct size for your dog. Measurements should be taken with a flexible tape measure.
Measure him standing up, and preferably while he's still. If he won't stay still, try him while he's eating.
If your measurements are on the limit of a size, we recommend choosing a larger size so your dog is super comfortable.

Martingale Collar
The Martingale collar is a dog collar made of two parts: a fixed part and a sliding part. The fixed part contains two rings, where the movable part is placed to attach the leash to the collar.
The Martingale collar is the favorite collar for greyhounds. Ideal for dog breeds with heads as narrow as their necks, such as greyhounds and podencos, although these types of collars have established themselves as a valid solution for all types of breeds, especially large breeds.
A true escape-proof collar. It is almost impossible to escape from a correctly fitted Martingale collar. As it adapts to your dog's neck, if they try to escape, they won't be able to pull their head out. If the dog pulls on the leash, the movable part of the Martingale collar slides, causing slight pressure on their neck that will get their attention, without causing any harm as the pressure is distributed over the animal's neck. Thanks to this, they are recommended by trainers as a substitute for traditional training collars.

What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping to PENINSULAR SPAIN (FREE for orders over €49, otherwise from €3.95). These costs will be clearly displayed during the purchase process. You have all the detailed information, including shipments outside Peninsular Spain, in the Shipping Policies and Refund Policy sections.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Once you place an order, it can take 1 to 2 business days for us to process it and hand it over to our carriers.
Once shipped, deliveries usually take between 3-5 days.
Please note that during periods of high activity such as sales seasons, Christmas, Black Friday, due to force majeure, or logistical issues with the transport company... there may be delivery delays beyond CandyPet's control. We will always try to get your package to you as soon as possible. You can track your shipment using the code you will receive in your email when the package has been shipped or on the order tracking page.
If you have not received the package after allowing sufficient time for transport or if you have an issue with your shipment, please email us at info@candypet.es or contact us directly via WhatsApp.

If you still have doubts, email us at info@candypet.es or send a message to WhatsApp and we will be happy to help you! - And if when you receive the product, you see that it is not the right size and you need a larger or smaller one, don't worry, we offer the first size exchange FREE of charge (option only valid for Peninsular Spain).
It is essential that products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. If we receive them with clear signs of having been used, dirty, or with hair, the return will NOT be accepted.

I don't know what size to choose
We know that sometimes it is difficult to get the size right, that is why in each product you will find a tab "What is my dog's size?" with a very easy table where you can find the perfect size.

How long does it take to process an order?
Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).

Who is behind candyPet?
I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).
We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.
I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.
My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
