We know that sometimes it is difficult to get the size right, that is why in each product you will find a tab "What is my dog's size?" with a very easy table where you can find the perfect size.

Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.

The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.

Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).

¿Cuáles son los gastos de envío?

• Envío a ESPAÑA PENINSULAR (GRATIS a partir de 49€, sino a partir de 3,95€). Estos costes se mostrarán claramente durante el proceso de compra. Tienes toda la información detallada, incluyendo envíos fuera de España Peninsular, en el apartado de Políticas de envío y Política de reembolso.

¿Cuánto tardará en llegar mi pedido?

• Desde que realizas un pedido, podemos tardar entre 1 a 2 días laborables en procesarlo y entregarlo a nuestros transportistas.
  Una vez entregado, normalmente los envíos suelen tardar entre 3-5 días.
  Ten en cuenta que, en periodos de alta actividad como la temporada de rebajas, Navidades, Black Friday, por causas de fuerza mayor, o por incidencias logísticas de la empresa de transporte... puede haber retrasos en las entregas ajenos a candyPet. Siempre intentaremos que tu paquete llegue lo antes posible. Podrás realizar seguimiento de tu envío mediante el código que recibirás en tu email cuando el paquete haya sido enviado o en la página de seguimiento de pedidos.
  Si no has recibido el paquete tras haber dejado el margen de tiempo suficiente para el transporte o tienes una incidencia con tu envío, escríbenos un email a info@candypet.es o contáctanos directamente por WhatsApp.

¿Cuál es la talla correcta para mi perro? ¿Qué pasa si no acierto con la talla?

• Dispones de tablas de medidas detalladas en la descripción de cada producto y en el apartado Guía de Tallas.
  También te indicamos la mejor forma de medir a tu perro para poder elegir adecuadamente. Si pese a ello te quedan dudas, escríbenos un email a info@candypet.es o un mensaje al Whatsapp y ¡te ayudaremos encantados!. Y si cuando te llegue el producto ves que no es su talla y necesitas una mayor o menor, no te preocupes, te ofrecemos el primer cambio de talla de manera gratuita dentro de los primeros 30 días, corriendo nosotros con los gastos del transporte para entregarte la nueva talla (opción sólo válida para España Peninsular).

*Si se deseara un cambio de talla de un artículo del Outlet, o un producto adquirido en periodo de Rebajas o dentro de una campaña promocional (descuento superior al 20%), el cliente deberá correr con los gastos de envío para realizar dicho cambio, con un importe de 8€.

Es indispensable que los productos estén en su embalaje original y en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron enviadas. En caso de que recibamos con claros signos de haber sido usado, sucio o con pelos, no se aceptará la devolución del importe ni el cambio de talla.

I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).

We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.

I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.

My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
