What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping to mainland Spain ( FREE for orders over €49, otherwise for orders over €3.95). These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. You can find all the details, including shipping outside of mainland Spain, in the Shipping Policies and Refund Policy sections.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- From the moment you place an order, it may take 1 to 2 business days for it to be processed and delivered to our carriers.
Once delivered, shipments typically take between 3-5 days.
Please note that during busy periods such as the sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, due to force majeure, or logistical issues with the shipping company, there may be delays in deliveries beyond the control of candyPet. We will always try to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. You can track your shipment using the code you will receive in your email once the package has shipped or on the order tracking page .

What's the right size for my dog? What happens if I get the wrong size?
- Detailed measurement tables are available in the description of each product and in the Size Guide section.
We'll also tell you the best way to measure your dog so you can make the right choice. If you still have questions, send us an email at info@candypet.es or a WhatsApp message, and we'll be happy to help! And if when the product arrives you see it's not the right size and you need a larger or smaller size, don't worry. We offer the first size exchange free of charge within the first 30 days, with the shipping costs for the new size delivered to you (this option is only valid for mainland Spain).
*If a size exchange is required for an Outlet item, or a product purchased during the Sale period or as part of a promotional campaign (discount greater than 20%), the customer must cover the shipping costs for said exchange, which will cost €8.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were sent. If we receive them with clear signs of use, dirt, or hair, we will not accept a refund or exchange.
