A bag holder to store bags during walks with your dog is a practical and convenient accessory.
CandyPet® ball holders are made of neoprene, soft, resistant and easy to clean. No more spending two hours trying to place hygienic bags inside a hard plastic bag holder and struggling with the thread, or trying to get it to match the tube of the bag and be able to rotate later.
You just have to open the zipper of the candypet® bag holder , insert the roll and it's ready to use! In addition, thanks to the carabiner, you can attach the bag holder to the strap.

What is the correct size for my dog? What happens if I get the wrong size?

We'll also show you the best way to measure your dog so you can choose the right one. If you still have questions, send us an email to info@candypet.es or a message on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help! - And if when you receive the product you find that it's not your size and you need a larger or smaller one, don't worry, we offer FREE returns on orders of €49 or more (option only valid for mainland Spain), so you can simply place a new order whenever you prefer.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. If we receive them with clear signs of use, dirt, or hair, the return will NOT be accepted.

I don't know what size to choose
We know that sometimes it is difficult to get the size right, that is why in each product you will find a tab "What is my dog's size?" with a very easy table where you can find the perfect size.

How long does it take to process an order?
Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).

Who is behind candyPet?
I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).
We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.
I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.
My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
For your peace of mind, not only are you going to buy a beautiful product for your pet, but you are going to buy a product that has been carefully designed respecting the physiognomy of pets, and keeping safety in mind at all times. So that you only have to worry about going to the park in peace.
