Dog leash has a handle, with Softshell fabric interior for greater comfort. Includes a practical buckle on the handle to hang bag holders, prize bags, etc.
Like all our products, the dog leash features reinforced seams and welded buckles for your pet's safety.

Due to the use of 100% cotton, and the characteristics of the fabric, it is inevitable that it will suffer some wear over time. But there are external factors that can cause material deterioration: how much the dog pulls, how active it is and how exposed the product remains to the elements. For this reason, we are not responsible for any deterioration that may result from use, as well as any damage caused by any carelessness or improper use of our products. Please be sure to check your pets accessories regularly for signs of wear, no pet accessories are indestructible. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the product. candyPet ® is not responsible for the misuse of our products.

I don't know what size to choose
We know that sometimes it is difficult to get the size right, that is why in each product you will find a tab "What is my dog's size?" with a very easy table where you can find the perfect size.
In any case, we are here to help you at all times. You can click on the Whatsapp icon and a conversation will open automatically; send us an email to info@candypet.es or fill out the form on the Contact page.

How long does it take to process an order?
Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).
If you have any incident with your order, you can contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Do they make international shipments? How long does it take to arrive?

What is the return policy?
At candyPet® we want our customers to always be satisfied with our service. For this reason, we provide several methods to return any product that may not meet your needs.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of the return of the same.

It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. If this is not the case (in the event that we receive the product dirty, damaged, or used) no refund will be made for the product, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer and the deadline for claims will be fifteen business days from the notification by candyPet®.
Who is behind candyPet?
I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).
We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.
I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.
My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
For your peace of mind, not only are you going to buy a beautiful product for your pet, but you are going to buy a product that has been carefully designed respecting the physiognomy of pets, and keeping safety in mind at all times. So that you only have to worry about going to the park in peace.
