El collar Martingale con cierre de click, combina las ventajas del uso de un collar Martingale con la comodidad del uso de un collar de Click. Con este modelo, podrás colocarle el collar Martingale a tu perro en 2 segundos, sin tener que preocuparte por ajustarlo cada vez que se lo colocas.
El collar Martingale es el collar para galgos favorito. Ideal para razas de perros con la cabeza tan estrecha como el cuello, como los galgos y los podencos, aunque este tipo de collares se han consolidado como una solución válida para todo tipos de razas, especialmente razas grandes.
Todo un collar antiescape. Es casi imposible escapar de un collar Martingale correctamente ajustado. Al adaptarse al cuello de tu perro, si intenta escaparse, no podrá sacar la cabeza. Si el perro tira de la correa, la parte móvil del collar Martingale se desliza, provocándole una ligera presión en el cuello que llamará su atención, sin producirle ningún daño al repartir la presión sobre el cuello del animal. Gracias a ello, son recomendados por adiestradores como sustitución a los collares tradicionales de entrenamiento.

I don't know what size to choose
We know that sometimes it is difficult to get the size right, that is why in each product you will find a tab "What is my dog's size?" with a very easy table where you can find the perfect size.

How long does it take to process an order?
Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).
If you have any incident with your order, you can contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?
At candyPet® we want our customers to always be satisfied with our service. For this reason, we provide several methods to return any product that may not meet your needs.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of the return of the same.

It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. If this is not the case (in the event that we receive the product dirty, damaged, or used) no refund will be made for the product, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer and the deadline for claims will be fifteen business days from the notification by candyPet®.
Who is behind candyPet?
I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).
We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.
I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.
My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
For your peace of mind, not only are you going to buy a beautiful product for your pet, but you are going to buy a product that has been carefully designed respecting the physiognomy of pets, and keeping safety in mind at all times. So that you only have to worry about going to the park in peace.
