Martingale Collar with Click Closure
The Martingale collar with click closure combines the advantages of using a Martingale collar with the comfort of using a Click collar. With this model, you can put the Martingale collar on your dog in 2 seconds, without having to worry about adjusting it every time you put it on.
The Martingale collar is the favorite greyhound collar . Ideal for dog breeds with heads as narrow as the neck, such as greyhounds and hounds, although this type of collar has established itself as a valid solution for all types of breeds, especially large breeds.
A complete anti-escape collar . It is almost impossible to escape a properly fitted Martingale collar . By adapting to your dog's neck, if he tries to escape, he will not be able to stick his head out. If the dog pulls on the leash, the moving part of the Martingale collar slides, causing slight pressure on the neck that will draw its attention, without causing any damage by distributing the pressure over the animal's neck. Thanks to this, they are recommended by trainers as a replacement for traditional training collars.

What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping to mainland Spain ( FREE for orders over €49, otherwise for orders over €3.95). These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. You can find all the details, including shipping outside of mainland Spain, in the Shipping Policies and Refund Policy sections.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- From the moment you place an order, it may take 1 to 2 business days for it to be processed and delivered to our carriers.
Once delivered, shipments typically take between 3-5 days.
Please note that during busy periods such as the sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, due to force majeure, or logistical issues with the shipping company, there may be delays in deliveries beyond the control of candyPet. We will always try to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. You can track your shipment using the code you will receive in your email once the package has shipped or on the order tracking page .
If you haven't received your package after allowing sufficient shipping time, or if you have an issue with your shipment, please email us at info@candypet.es or contact us directly via WhatsApp.
What's the right size for my dog? What happens if I get the wrong size?

We'll also tell you the best way to measure your dog so you can make the right choice. If you still have questions, send us an email at info@candypet.es or a WhatsApp message, and we'll be happy to help! And if when the product arrives you see it's not the right size and you need a larger or smaller size, don't worry. We offer the first size exchange free of charge within the first 30 days, with the shipping costs for the new size delivered to you (this option is only valid for mainland Spain).
*If a size exchange is required for an Outlet item, or a product purchased during the Sale period or as part of a promotional campaign (discount greater than 20%), the customer must cover the shipping costs for said exchange, which will cost €8.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were sent. If we receive them with clear signs of use, dirt, or hair, we will not accept a refund or exchange.

We know that sometimes it is difficult to get the size right, that is why in each product you will find a tab "What is my dog's size?" with a very easy table where you can find the perfect size.

How long does it take to process an order?
Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 business hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the time it leaves our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during periods of Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).

Who is behind candyPet?
I am Paola, Graduate in Biology , mother of two children and lover of animals and nature. In 2014 I founded candyPet in Seville (Spain).
We currently have a team of 2 other super moms, who help make, prepare and ship orders.
I practically grew up in my grandparents' sewing workshop , where I learned to use sewing machines from a very young age.
My passion for animals prompted me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology , then a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and graduate as a Veterinary Assistant .
