These Conditions describe the terms applicable to the services and content offered through the website https://www.candyPet.es and regulate the legal relations between CANDYPET SL and the client.
Access to the website is free of charge, the use of the Website implies unreserved acceptance of the entire Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must refrain from using this page.
The visit to the eCommerce site by the user must be done responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, good faith, these Conditions and respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by CANDYPET SL or any other natural or legal persons. .
The use of any of the contents of the website for purposes that are or could be illicit is totally prohibited, as is the performance of any action that causes or may cause damage or alterations of any kind not consented to by CANDYPET SL, to the eCommerce site or to its contents.
The website and the products and services offered by CANDYPET SL are aimed at adults with sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions of Use. It is possible that the use of certain services or the contracting of some goods or services are subject to special complementary conditions that will require express consent and that will prevail in any case over these general conditions.
User registration
The use of the services provided by CANDYPET SL and the purchase on the Web requires registration as a user on the Web. In order to complete the registration, a series of personal data must be provided that must be true and accurate. Orders
To make a purchase at https://www.candyPet.es the User must follow the following process:
- Select the products you wish to purchase from those offered by candyPet® on its website.
- Select the product you want to buy and press the “Add to cart” button. You can add as many products as you want to the shopping cart.
- Once the product selection is complete, access the cart in which a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s).
- In the purchasing process, you can identify yourself with your User account data or complete the registration form if you are not yet a registered User.
- To finalize the purchase, you must select the shipping method you want, being able to choose from those offered by candyPet®. In these cases, the buyer expressly declares to be the owner of the means of payment (without admitting the use of payment means from a third party, even with authorization).
- Finally, you must choose the payment system for your order among those offered by candyPet® on its website.
- Once the order process is complete, candyPet® will send you an email detailing the details of your order. If you do not receive this email within twenty-four (24) hours, you must contact us.

- From this moment, the process of preparation and delivery of the products sold by candyPet® begins, which lasts one business day. candyPet® will proceed to deliver the product to the address indicated in the purchase process. The process of refunding the amount will be carried out based on the procedure detailed in these General Conditions.
- As a registered User, you will be able to access your Account to view, print or download invoices for products sold by candyPet®.
- The User may only contract if he or she is of legal age and/or has the legal capacity to join. Otherwise, the responsibility for placing orders by minors will be the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians of the minor.
Once an order has been placed, a message will arrive confirming receipt of the order, as well as with information about the shipping and billing of the order placed.
After 5 days of receiving the order, you will receive an email to rate your purchase. We invite you to leave your comments, as they help us improve and help customers decide their purchase.
Way to pay
The acquisition of services or products through https://www.candyPet.es allows the following payment methods:
- Wire transfer
Payment by bank transfer is a simple payment method for making purchases over the Internet. The User can make said payment comfortably from their bank.
If you choose this payment option and once your order is completed, the information necessary to make the bank transfer will appear on the screen. Additionally, we will send you an email with said data. We will indicate the amount of the order, the concept that you must indicate in it and the account number of the entity you have selected. Remember that you must indicate the order reference number as payment concept to avoid errors in its management.

Transfers usually take approximately 48 hours to become effective.
Once payment is confirmed, the package will be billed, packed and shipped.

- Credit/debit card
Through this payment method, candyPet® never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by Banco Santander, so that candyPet® can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. Payment for the order is made directly with said entity, thus offering maximum security.
The cards that the payment gateway currently supports are all those that bear the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express badge, in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks.
The system also supports the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) protocol. Therefore, your purchase is safer than if you use your card in a conventional store.

- Bizum
The User can make payments with their Bizum account without having to provide their debit/credit card or checking account details. To make the payment, managed by REDSYS (this is its Privacy Policy), enter the telephone number that you have associated with the service and the password for BIZUM online purchases. (If you don't have that key yet, contact your bank.) The Bizum key is a 4-digit code. If you cannot obtain the key, it means that your bank does not yet offer this payment option in stores with Bizum.
You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code that you must enter in the payment window and complete the payment.
Please note that you can only use this service if your bank has enabled it.
In case of return/withdrawal, the refund will be made using this same payment method.
Prices
The prices of the products are those indicated in the description attached to them. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Send conditions
- The purchase is subject to payment of shipping costs, at the buyer's expense. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total amount of the order. The costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can check how much the shipping costs are before finalizing the purchase. CANDYPET SL will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as fortuitous cases or force majeure. If you have any incident with your order, you can contact us by sending an email to info@candypet.es and we will inform you. We will resolve as soon as possible. Shipping costs will be assigned automatically at checkout.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If the transport agency returns the order to us due to impossibility of delivery, €5 will be deducted for the cost of the return when making the refund.

Returns & Exchanges
At candyPet® we want our Customers to always be satisfied with our service. Therefore, we provide several methods to return a product that may not meet your needs.
- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (SPAIN PENINSULAY AND BALEARIC ISLANDS)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of its return.
- Send an email to info@candypet.es with subject: “RETURN”, with your name, surname, order number and procedure you wish to carry out (return or change of sizes).
- Wait for the response from our customer service team who will confirm the management. For the return or exchange to be accepted, you must wait for a response from customer service.
- Prepare the package by placing the product in the original packaging. The product must be in perfect condition. It must not have been used.
- Our transport company will pick up the package 24/48 hours after having processed the request. In the case of the Canary Islands, the customer must manage the return and will also pay for the shipping costs.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once in our warehouses, we will review the product to confirm that everything is correct and we will proceed to make the refund, deducting €5 from the shipping (this does not apply to the Canary Islands).
- In the case of a size change, the difference in price between sizes, if any, and €5 shipping costs must be paid to the account: ES15 0182 6012 6402 0163 5239 / BBVAESMM (BBVA Bank), (this does not applies to the Canary Islands).

If the product is damaged, the return of the order will not be accepted, so the amount paid will not be refunded.
Once the product arrives at our facilities, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The price paid for the product will be refunded, initial shipping costs will never be refunded.
- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (EUROPE)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of its return.

- INFORMATION ABOUT DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive the damaged, defective or wrong product, you have 7 calendar days to notify it. After this period our customer service department will not be able to do anything.
You will have to send an email to info@candypet.es attaching several photographs of the damage.
Our customer service department will contact you to manage the exchange or return of the product, after the images have been evaluated by the quality department.

- What does a size change cost?

- How is the refund paid?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
- What is the refund period?
Once the product arrives at our facilities, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sent. Otherwise (in case we receive the product dirty, damaged, or used) no refund will be made for the product. The new shipment will be borne by the customer and the period for claims will be fifteen business days from notification by candyPet®.
Consumer goods warranty
As a client, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (in (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”).
Consequently, the User has the right of withdrawal which consists of being able to cancel the contract entered into without having to justify his decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the purchased good or from the conclusion of the contract if It is a provision of services.
You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period and proceed to return the product, refunding the price paid.
If you have problems with products or services purchased on this Website, you can file a claim through the European Union's dispute resolution platform here . CANDYPET SL reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim submitted through the platform.
Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision, these General Conditions subsisting in everything else, such provision being considered not included.
Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. CANDYPET SL and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services that are the subject of these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile.
