To make a purchase at https://www.candyPet.es the User must follow the following process:

- From this moment, the process of preparation and delivery of the products sold by candyPet® begins, which lasts one working day. candyPet® will proceed to the delivery of the product at the address indicated in the purchase process. - As a registered User, you will be able to access your Account to view, print or download invoices for products sold by candyPet®.

Payment by bank transfer is a simple payment method to make purchases over the Internet. The User can make this payment comfortably from his bank.

We will indicate the amount of the order, the concept that must be indicated in the same and the account number of the entity that you have selected. Through this payment method candyPet® never collects or manipulates any customer data related to your card number. All data is processed directly by Banco Santander, so that candyPet® can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of the order is made directly with that entity, thus offering maximum security.
The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those bearing the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express badges, as well as those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks.
The system also supports the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) protocol. Therefore, your purchase is more secure than if you use your card in a conventional store.

- Bizum
The User can make payments with his Bizum account without having to provide his debit/credit card or current account information. To make the payment, managed by REDSYS (this is its Privacy Policy), enter the telephone number you have associated to the service and the BIZUM key for online purchases (if you do not have this key yet, contact your bank). The Bizum key is a 4-digit code. If you cannot obtain the key, it means that your bank does not yet offer this possibility of payment at merchants with Bizum.
You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code that you must enter in the payment window and complete the payment.
Please note that you can only use this service if your bank has enabled it.
In case of return/withdrawal, the refund will be made using the same means of payment.
The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached description. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, to be paid by the buyer. - Our transport company will pick up the package 24/48 hours after the request has been processed. In the case of the Canary Islands, the customer will have to manage the return and will also pay for the shipping costs.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once in our warehouse we will check the product to confirm that everything is correct and proceed to make the refund by deducting 5 € of shipping (this does not apply to the Canary Islands).

- INFORMATION ON DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, you have 7 calendar days to notify us. After this period our customer service department will not be able to do anything.
You will need to send an e-mail to [email protected] attaching several photographs of the damage.
Our customer service department will contact you to manage the exchange or return of the product, after the images have been evaluated by the quality department.

- What is the cost of a size change?

- How is the refund paid?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
- What is the repayment term?
Once the product arrives at our facilities you will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sent. Otherwise (in case we receive the product dirty, damaged, or used) no refund of the product will be made. The new shipment will be paid by the customer and the deadline for claims will be fifteen working days from the notification by candyPet®.
As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").
Consequently, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify his decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the purchased good or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a provision of services.
You must express your intention to cancel within the indicated period and return the product, reimbursing the price paid.
In case of problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a claim through the platform for dispute resolution of the European Union here. CANDYPET SL reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim filed through the platform.
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision, and these General Conditions shall survive in all other respects, and such provision shall be deemed not to be included.
