Shipments will leave our facilities 24/48 working hours after the order is placed.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery times depend on the option chosen by the customer, counting from the departure from our warehouse.
The customer will be able to choose between several shipping options depending on the destination.
Orders may be delayed during Black Friday, Sales, Christmas or National Holidays, or due to problems external to us (delays in the transport company).
If you have any incident with your order you can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] and we will solve it as soon as possible.
Shipping costs will be assigned automatically at checkout.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If due to impossibility of delivery the transport agency returns the order to us, at the time of
the refund will be discounted 5€ for the cost of the return.
